All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not dispatched or delivered on weekends or major public holidays. 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We provide Free Shipping for all orders to Australia.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to peak shopping seasons, carrier delays, or customs inspections.

3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number. The tracking information usually updates within 24–48 hours of dispatch.

4. Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. WellKnead is not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages if the address provided by the customer is incorrect.
